This day is about preserving our core identity and foundation. Sessions will cover our DNA of worship, culture, discipleship, and community, along with teaching on administration, strategy, and structure.
Day 3: Friday, October 23rd — Sustaining Our Future
The focus shifts to long-term sustainability and leadership. The day will include sessions on healthy succession, sustaining a long-term future, and financial stewardship and accountability.
