About Us
Symposium 3 is the third gathering of a movement born out of a need for renewal in the church. What began as a small convening of clergy and laity seeking deeper spiritual connection has grown into a powerful three-day symposium focused on renewing leaders, strengthening churches, and advancing the Kingdom.
This third Symposium is created to foster a space for spiritual renewal, honest collaboration, and transformative leadership — equipping pastors and church leaders to return to their congregations Renewed, Reconnected, and Reimagined.
Agenda Overview
Day 1: Wednesday, October 21 — Foundation Night
The symposium opens with a focus on reconnecting and moving forward together with purpose.
Day 2: Thursday, October 22 — Preserving Our Identity
Sessions cover our DNA of worship, culture, discipleship, and community, along with teaching on administration, strategy, and structure.
Day 3: Friday, October 23 — Sustaining Our Future
Sessions on healthy succession, sustaining a long-term future, and financial stewardship and accountability.
